Moroccan oil Treatment
It smooths out my fuzzy, damaged hair without weighing it down or making it feel too oily. It has done wonders to change my damaged ends!
I also love how soft and shiny it makes my hair look. A little goes a long way, so you do not need much to get the smoothing effect.

What I’m using for my post-menopausal itchy scalp!
Highly rated, affordable, smells good, and not greasy, so it can be reapplied on non-wash days.
I love that this is something I can easily work into my routine without making my hair look oily or like I have product sitting all over my scalp. When your scalp is dry and itchy, having something you can actually use between washes is a GAME CHANGER!

Oribe Gold Lust Dry Heat Protection Spray
My stylist was shocked I wasn’t using heat protection spray!
This is her recommendation and I can see why! It is effective, lightweight, and smells SO good!
If you use a blow dryer, curling iron, or straightener regularly, heat protection is one of those things we really should not be skipping. This one makes it easy because it does not leave my hair feeling heavy or coated.

Hair definitely changes as we get older, and sometimes you have to change your routine right along with it! What worked for our hair 10 or 20 years ago is not necessarily what works now, especially when you are dealing with thinning, dryness, damage, hormones, and all the other fun things that come with getting older. 😂
